Adele was established in 1990 with hand picked grapes from our cool climate estate at Lenswood using Methode Champenoise. We thank our friends Adele and Ken De Garis. Our aim is to produce a full flavoured wine, a creamy palate, a long aftertaste and fine mousse. We have stopped making Adele at the moment and are sad to say we are out of stock. We know many of our valued customers are very unhappy about this. However, we have not shut the door completely and hope to make our beautiful sparkling again in the future.
