First produced in 1990 in small quantity, now up to 150 dozen.
Made using traditional "Burgundy" methods, including
whole bunch fermentation with stalks. Usually stored in French
oak for 9 months prior to bottling.
2010 Pinot Noir
This Pinot is the lightest in colour we have ever made. Fortunately it has big classic Leland Estate Pinot Noir flavour, a velvet middle palate and 14% alcohol.
We recommend this modern Pinot be drunk now and over the next two years, with your favourite roast of meat and vegetables, or a delicious game casserole.
Enjoy.
Cheers,
Lee and Robb
